Ramez Lasheen

Ramez Lasheen

Founder:

An all-round professional and academic career spanning two decades and three continents. I craftily combine the polished practicality and enterprise aspects of decision making with the academic rigour of information and knowledge based analytics. Client/student/trainee centred while being results oriented. I bring an extensive international experience in consulting in the fields of economics, feasibility studies strategic marketing, strategic investment planning across the Middle East, Levant and North Africa.

 

Specialties: Sectoral analysis, investment planning, feasibility studies, macroeconomic assessment. Multi-linguist, multi cultural experience with advanced computing skills.

 

Worked as General Manager/Senior Consultant to a British Consulting Firm operating in MENA, conducting over 50 sectoral analysis, pre-feasibility, business plans and project evaluations. Research interests: Growth, sectoral transformation, and international trade.

 

Provided professional training to a number of firms and high profile entities, including CIB, Ahli United Bank, ECHEM, Trade UK as well as SEDCO and Ajlan Bros. Training was in the fields of economic analysis, financial analysis, sectoral analysis, and project evaluation/feasibility studies.

Mostafa El Far

Associate:

Mostafa is a legal and economic consultant with specialized interest in Middle Eastern and international tax regulations, international trade and economic laws. Mostafa worked in Ernst and Young as an Assistant Manager for International Tax Services with special focus on structures attaining tax optimums.

 

Mostafa was appointed and served formerly in the Egyptian Public Prosecution as a district attorney in North Giza Court. He also worked as economic researcher in the Egyptian Government´s Information and Decision Support Centre. Mostafa is currently pursuing his PhD being enrolled in the European Doctorate in Law and Economics provided by three Universities jointly including Bologna, Hamburg and Rotterdam. Mostafa holds an LLM in Law and Economics from Queen Mary, University of London with distinction, where he was awarded the LLM of Law and Economics bursary.

 

Mostafa holds an undergraduate degree in Law from the Faculty of Law (English section) at Cairo University, in addition to an undergraduate degree in Economics from The British University in Egypt. Mostafa’s published work includes a book titled “Should the OECD and its material be adopted by Egypt?” which was published by LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing. Arabic is his native language he is professionally fluent in English.
